Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between GrowthSupportStep and clients of our business growth support services in Singapore. They apply to all offered growth support services and supplementary provisions. By engaging our services or scheduling a strategic consultation, you agree to these conditions.

2. Service Engagement and Contract Formation

Engaging our business growth support services can be done in person at our office, by telephone, email, or through our website. The contract is established upon confirmation by GrowthSupportStep. For growth consultations and specialized services, prior scheduling is required as we limit client numbers to help optimal service quality. The right to service engagement exists only after receipt of a confirmation and payment processing, where applicable.

3. Service Description

Our services include business growth support, strategic consultations, expansion sessions, and complementary offerings such as personalized development strategies and exclusive growth resources. The type, scope, and duration of each service are defined in the current service description or the respective engagement contract. GrowthSupportStep reserves the right to modify service offerings, schedules, and personnel when necessary for organizational or growth reasons. If a growth consultant is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer an alternative consultation where possible.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are payable in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon. For comprehensive growth packages, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via bank transfer or, in special cases, directly at our office. Prices for specialized services or custom growth programs are indicated separately and due by the specified date. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to exclude the client from further service engagement or to charge interest according to legal provisions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • Individual Growth Consultations: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the consultation is free of charge
    • Multi-Session Programs: Up to 7 days before commencement, 80% refund; after that, 50% refund
    • Comprehensive Service Packages: Individual cancellation terms as specified in the service contract
  • Cancellation by GrowthSupportStep:
    • If a service must be cancelled due to consultant unavailability or other significant reasons, payments already made will be fully refunded or an alternative consultation will be offered.

6. Return Policy

At GrowthSupportStep, we are committed to client satisfaction and excellence in business growth support services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and help your growth objectives are met. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following principles:

  • For consultation-based services: Returns will be considered for the portion of consultations where demonstrable issues with service quality occurred.
  • For package-based services: Partial returns may be issued proportionate to the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the service package.
  • For ongoing growth arrangements: Unused prepaid amounts are always returned upon termination of services.
  • No returns will be issued for completed services that met the agreed-upon scope and professional objectives, even if the growth outcomes differed from client expectations.

All return requests must be submitted in writing to info@growthsupportstep.com with detailed explanation of the concerns and specific service elements that did not meet expectations. Each request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we commit to fair resolution that supports both client satisfaction and service integrity.

7. Consultation Times and Participation

Current consultation times are available on our website and in service descriptions. We request punctual attendance. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in denied access to ongoing consultations out of consideration for consultants and to maintain service quality. Missed consultations or services cannot be made up or refunded unless expressly agreed upon or individually arranged in special circumstances.

8. Confidentiality and Liability

Engagement of our business growth support services is at your own responsibility. All personal information and business details shared during our consultations are subject to strict confidentiality. GrowthSupportStep commits to maintaining the highest confidentiality standards and expects the same from all clients. We request that existing business situation or special circumstances be disclosed before service commencement. GrowthSupportStep is not liable for self-inflicted inconveniences or indirect consequences of service engagement.

9. Use of Growth Materials and Resources

Growth materials and facilities must be treated with utmost care during consultations. Growth information and materials are provided for the services and included in the service fee unless otherwise indicated. GrowthSupportStep assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables. The growth facilities and consultation areas should be left in their original condition.

10. Copyright and Confidentiality

The content, methods, growth materials, and resources provided in our services are subject to copyright. Distribution, commercial use, or publication without express permission from GrowthSupportStep is not permitted. All clients commit to confidentiality regarding personal information of other clients and growth details. Photo, video, or audio recordings during consultations are allowed only with prior consent of all present individuals and the consultant.

11. Data Protection

Clients' personal data is treated with the utmost care and used exclusively for contract processing and service delivery. Disclosure to third parties occurs only as necessary for contract fulfillment. Further details are regulated in our separate Privacy Policy.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Singapore law applies. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of GrowthSupportStep in Singapore.
